A menstrual cup made with 100% soft, medical-grade silicone that can be worn for up to eight hours at a time (3-4 tampon capacity) to give you unrivalled freedom compared to traditional period products. Easy to use and comfortable, they provide free and easy periods for up to ten years. The silicone is premium quality and hypoallergenic, free of latex, bleach and unwelcome byproducts, and is compliant with ISO 10993 biocompatibility standard. Ruby Cups are also registered with the Vegan Society, and a user guide and cotton pouch are included.

Packaged with the environment in mind, your order will be wrapped in items which are easy for you to recycle - cardboard, shredded paper, biodegradable tissue paper etc. We re-use packaging & boxes from our suppliers where possible. It may on occasion be that some products, such as lanterns, include polystyrene to ensure they get delivered to you in once piece. Please ensure you reuse or recycle the packaging where possible.
