Summer Oyster Mushroom Log Kit

The perfect start kit to grow oyster mushrooms on your own freshly cut log to produce a firm and mild flavoured mushroom that's native to the UK and fruits in 12 -18 months with crops in late summer to early August.

The kit comes packed in a Fair Trade jute bag with everything you need, including a packet of spawn plugs of either 30, 60, or 90 plugs, an easy-to-follow set of instructions, and the correct size drill bit. 30 spawn plugs require a freshly cut log 2ft to 3ft long by 4” to 6” wide. If you have bigger logs, buy multiple plugs!
